Patient care is the core responsibility of Rex Ortho Hospital. We assure that the patient is given the best possible care. Our well-trained nursing team takes care of the patients and is responsible for answering any patient questions and always ensuring their basic needs are taken care of. We ensure that the patient is kept happy and comfortable with their well-being in mind, treated with dignity and care, and they have the right to have their privacy maintained. All the records regarding the treatment were maintained and updated on time.

We have a committee that develops guidelines and reviews all the policies and procedures regarding patient care. We treat patients from around the world, with specialised consultants, nurses, therapists, and other special clinical staff who are experts in orthopaedic care and there will always be a doctor who can see you in an emergency, with support from trained nursing and supporting staff.

Rooms are designed to support patients recovering from surgery, and their critical needs and to facilitate nurses. The patient attendant is also able to comfortably stay in the room. International patients are well guided at our front desk on patient medical history, assistance with travel plans, and finding accommodation for your accompanying relatives
